Rodrick J. Enns is a partner in the law firm of Enns & Archer LLP in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.  His practice focuses on providing legal support for the marketing and distribution of branded products and services, including counseling and litigation concerning advertising, trademark, copyright, and related intellectual property issues, pricing, regulatory barriers to distribution, and other antitrust and trade regulation matters.  Mr. Enns has been active in the International Trademark Association since 1987, including a three-year term on its Board of Directors, and presently sits on its Legislation Committee.  Mr. Enns received his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School, cum laude, in 1979.
