ROBERT N. REITTER provides consulting and market research services in connection with claim substantiation and advertising perception.  He graduated cum laude from Yale University and as Senior Vice President of ORC International and President of Guideline Associates has designed and supervised numerous studies that have been admitted as evidence at NAD and NARB proceedings.  He has also testified as an expert witness on behalf of companies such as Bayer, Papa John’s and Starbucks in Federal and State courts from New York to California as well as before the FTC and the TTAB.
