Kenneth A. Plevan is of counsel to the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he has practiced law for 40 years.  Ken was the founding partner of the Firm’s Intellectual Property practice, and has written numerous articles on advertising and trademark law.  He taught advertising and trademark law at Fordham Law School as an Adjunct Professor for 10 years, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
