EDWARD F. GLYNN, JR. is a partner at Locke Lord LLP. As a former senior official in the Federal Trade Commission, Ed’s practice includes advising clients facing federal and state regulatory investigations, including FTC investigations; representing clients in litigation with the FTC; and reviewing advertising campaigns for compliance with regulatory requirements. He also actively represents clients in proceedings before the National Advertising Division of the Council of Better Business Bureaus.  During 2012-2014, Ed was Chair of Government Affairs of ERA, and he has served as Chair and Vice Chair of the Consumer Affairs Committee of the Section of Antitrust Law of the American Bar Association.  He is a graduate of McGill University and Cornell Law School.
