DARREN LUBETZKY is an attorney at the FTC’s Northeast Regional Office.  He has led numerous investigations and enforcement actions in federal courts.  His enforcement efforts have focused on deceptive marketing and advertising practices for various financial and consumer products and services.  Prior to joining the FTC in 2009, Mr. Lubetzky was a partner at Jenner & Block, LLP, where he represented corporations in civil commercial litigation and government enforcement matters.
