MICHAEL BARONI is General Counsel for Palace Entertainment‚ the world's 3rd largest amusement park company‚ with 40 parks across the U.S.A. (including Sea Life in Hawaii‚ Story Land in New Hampshire‚ and Pittsburg's iconic Kennywood). He negotiates the full range of marketing deals‚ from billboards to social media‚ and seeks out creative‚ branded marketing opportunities--landing significant film and TV shoots at the parks. He is the Founder & Chair of the O.C. Bar Association's Entertainment‚ Sports & Marketing Law section‚ has published 100+ articles‚ launched the Entertaining Briefs newsletter‚ and is a frequent speaker on entertainment law topics. Mr. Baroni serves on the Boards of the O.C. Bar Association‚ California Attractions & Parks Association‚ and the Constitutional Rights Foundation. He has been named a Super Lawyer and an O.C.
