PARTH CHANDA currently serves as Assistant General Counsel and Anti-Corruption Program Office Lead in Pfizer’s Compliance Division.  He has substantial experience in anti-corruption compliance, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, online and in-person training, internal controls frameworks, conducting assessments and audits, undertaking due diligence on third-party vendors, M&A targets, and joint venture partners, and investigating allegations of wrongdoing.  Prior to Pfizer, Parth served as Senior Compliance Counsel at Avon Products, joining the company after their voluntary disclosure of an FCPA matter, and tasked with enhancing their anti-corruption compliance program.  Parth also was previously a member of Shearman & Sterling’s litigation group, specializing in FCPA investigations and compliance work and was Contributing Editor of its FCPA Digest.  He holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.P.A. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government and a B.A. from Northwestern University.
