YOUSSEF SNEIFER is an Assistant General Counsel at Microsoft Corporation’s Legal & Corporate Affairs where he leads the legal team supporting the Microsoft Universal Store and Commerce Group.  Mr. Sneifer and his legal team advise various Microsoft groups on a variety of payment services and issues, including cross-border payment and market expansion.  Mr. Sneifer’s work ranges from handling legal and regulatory issues relating to e-commerce worldwide, to advising on stored value and crypto-currency, to negotiating and engaging with financial institutions and payment providers across the globe.
