Ms. Hoeppner has held senior leadership positions in Fraud Operations, Compliance, Risk Management and Business Intelligence. Her specific expertise includes Business Intelligence-fraud and risk data; Fraud Scoring Models, Predictive Analytics and Business Rule Engines; Regulatory and Legal Compliance; Internal and External Fraud Investigations. Ms. Hoeppner has written a number of publications on Electronic Payments Fraud and Compliance, and is a regular speaker at fraud and compliance conferences.
