NICOLE IBBOTSON is General Counsel at InComm Financial Services, Inc.  Ms. Ibbotson oversees global legal and regulatory matters for all financial services programs offered by InComm and its affiliates.  InComm's 400,000 partner locations generated over $30 billion in transactions throughout 32 countries last year. She has 10+ years expertise in strategy, product innovation, regulatory compliance, legislative affairs and commercial contracts relating to credit, debit, prepaid, money transmission, mobile payments, virtual currency and financial technology. Prior to InComm, Ms. Ibbotson practiced with Paul Hastings’ Payments group counseling multinational payment companies and financial institutions, and with Morris, Manning & Martin’s Financial Technology group counseling start-up and mid-size payment companies and financial institutions.  She was named Paybefore’s 2015 Top Women in Payments and serves on TAG FinTech Board, Money Services Business Association (MSBA) Board, NBPCA Government Relations Committee and Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) Prepaid Working Group.
