Matthew Parciak is the Deputy Chief Information Security officer at MasterCard. In this role, he is responsible for a global team tasked with ensuring that internal and external products and services are delivered in a safe and secure manner. He is directly responsible for Regional Security, Subsidiary Security, and Business Administration and shares responsibility for the overall delivery of the Information Security program. Mr. Parciak is a frequent speaker at the MasterCard Academy of Risk Management conferences on wide ranging Cyber and Information Security topics. He has lived and worked in Europe, North and South America and Asia, and is fluent in Spanish. He most recently completed a yearlong assignment in Singapore. Mr. Parciak is a member of InfraGard, which is an F.B.I. sponsored forum for the U.S Government and the private sector to share information about the protection of critical U.S Infrastructure like the Banking and Finance industry. He is also a member of the U.S. Secret Service’s Gateway Electronics Crime Task force and is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP).
