KRISTA GRIFFITH is Associate General Counsel and Vice President at Visa where she is responsible for advising on AML, OFAC, FCPA, risk management and money transmission matters.  Prior to joining Visa in March 2013, Krista spent 14 years at Western Union handling a wide range of regulatory compliance matters both in the legal department and in the compliance department. She received her law degree from The Marshall-Wythe School of Law at The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
