DAWN STEELE is ADP's Vice President, Global Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Sanctions Officer.  In her current role, Dawn provides oversight and strategic guidance related to global AML and trade sanctions compliance with U.S. and international laws. Prior to joining ADP, Dawn was with the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.   She began her legal career in Silicon Valley during the DOT COM boom era representing a wide range of companies from formation through IPO.  After leaving Pillsbury, Dawn joined the law firm of Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP briefly before joining ADP.  Dawn received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and her B.A. from Bernard M. Baruch College, CUNY.
