BEN REGNARD-WEINRABE is a Partner in the Global Banking & Payment Systems practice at Paul Hastings, based at the firm’s London office. Ben advises a broad range of industry players on EU and UK payments law, including commercial and retail banks, card issuers and acquirers, e-money and payment institutions, mobile operators, payment schemes, virtual currency exchanges, and online marketplaces and retailers.  Ben engages closely with UK and EU authorities on development of new payments legislation, and also writes and presents frequently in this area.
